-MCSS has a limited amount of Plus 1 funds available .

-Please note that Plus 1 program is for those who have an account with City of Austin and/or Austin Energy Company only. The bill will have one or both of the logos below:

– If your automatic payment option on your bill is active, please stop it before we submit a pledge for you.

– Deposit amount will not be paid through the Plus 1 Program

– We are permitted to help you 4 times only per fiscal year for a maximum of $1500 with no minimum.
